Retreat Excursions

Frost Memorial Chapel

The chapel is open to visitors whenever it is not being used for another event. Please respect weddings, rehearsals or worship services that may be in progress.

Old Mill Water Wheel

You are welcome to drive to the Old Mill Wheel when the road is open and may walk there at any time. It is a leisurely one-mile hike.


Take a walk to the reservoir at your leisure at any time during your stay. This walk is a moderate two-mile hike, but no cars are permitted past the location of the Old Mill Water Wheel.

House O' Dreams

Walk on over to the House O’ Dreams during daylight hours for a more active adventure. This walk is a fairly strenuous three-mile hike. Driving is prohibited without reservations in advance, so please contact us to make a reservation.

Possum Trot

You may drive to Possum Trot when the road is open. If you choose to walk, it is a leisurely two-mile hike.

Oak Hill and the Martha Berry Museum

Located near Berry College. Please contact us for pricing and information.

Berry Campus

You are invited to enjoy any outdoor location on campus whenever it is convenient for you during your stay. We recommend the reflection pool area near the Ford Buildings.
